RNZRSA NEW CONSTITUTION

After nearly six months of consultation and feedback, the final RNZRSA Constitution will be released to the Membership in December.

The Constitution Working Group has continuously fed the common themes and amendments they have received from the Membership to their legal advisors Norris Ward McKinnon.  It is now in the final stages of being drafted by the lawyers.

The next important phase will be to get the final RNZRSA Constitution to the Forum and the RNZRSA Board for sign off in early December. Once that occurs, they aim to send out to the full document to the Membership in December, ready to be voted on in February 2025.

There is a dedicated page on the RNZRSA’s website where all information relating to the Constitution and consultation is placed and regularly updated. It is worth checking regularly and includes Frequently Asked Questions.
